I want to highlight how exceptional Eliana has been here at the Enclave. What stood out most was how attentive she was she didn’t just try to “sell” anything. She actually listened. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly wants people to feel confident and comfortable with their decision. If anyone is considering making the Enclave their home, ask for Eliana. She’s the reason my experience here has been smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I went in to tour an apartment and was helped the young lady at the desk. Her name was Eliana I believe she was wonderful. She helped me understand the prices and charges for the apartment and gave me a detailed explanation about the different ones available. She was super helpful and informative.

I called to get some information about a 2 bed 1 bath for May. I spoke with Eliana and she thoroughly explained every faucet of the apartment and the costs. I felt like I was actually listened to and she may it very easy to digest the information. She was wonderful and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Back when I was looking for a new apartment Eliana was so so helpful. Not only was customer service on point but she knew what she was talking about which is something we didn’t find at other complexes. While I didn’t end up signing a lease here the customer experience was on point and if I ever want to come tour again once my current lease is up I know exactly who to call.

My boyfriend and I are looking for apartments and came across this one. We did choose somewhere closer to his family but from the moment we started inquiring about these apartments, we had an amazing experience with the lady at the front desk Eliana. From the moment she answered the phone, she was nothing but knowledgeable and sweet. She answered all of our questions with no hesitation.
